HOW IT USUALLY GOES*

We’re not gatekeepers - we’re storytellers. So here’s a peek into what to expect from us along a typical production:

Pre-production

Whether it’s stills for print, a Super Bowl commercial, 3D renders of your product, or a documentary - this is where we sketch it out. After a contract is signed for the initial deliverables and scope, we move into concepts, scripts, storyboards, casting, locations, props, permits, schedules… it sounds like a lot (it is)… but that’s why you hired us!

Production

If this were a cooking analogy, this is where we go get ingredients - the fresh produce, the locally-sourced, cage free eggs… Regardless of the way we’re telling the story, everything has a production phase. This stage is where we put words into action; we snap the photo, roll audio, hit record and get it all turned into data we can cut into your final deliverables. The duration of production is contingent on the schedule coming out of pre-production.

Post-production

This is like opening a new jigsaw puzzle - we dump the pieces out onto the timeline and start crafting the final image. We’re visual people, but also we’re story tellers at heart; we intend to bring your audience along for the ride, regardless of format or medium. This process concludes with a final list of deliverables condensed into our patent-pending˙ deliverable tracker® (it’s just a fancy spreadsheet). Inside of this tracker are links for review where you can notate any desired changes or alterations. Every deliverable comes with 2 revisions on the house. We have a 93% success rate of getting it all dialed in, within the original scope.

Our ultimate goal is to make the whole
process as simple as possible every step of the way.
